These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and 9Grah, operated by Mohit Pandey, with correspondence address at Vikhroli West, Mumbai 400079, Maharashtra, India (email: hello@9grah.com) ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), governing your access to and use of the website at www.9grah.xyzand all associated sub-domains, applications, and services (collectively, "Services").

By accessing or using our Services — including registering an account, entering birth details, initiating a chat session, purchasing a report, or browsing the platform — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly provide Services to minors. If we discover that a minor has created an account, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate that account and delete associated data.

You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of India and that you are not barred from receiving services under any applicable law.

9Grah provides Vedic astrology readings, birth chart calculations, astrological reports, and related educational and reflective content powered by a proprietary AI model.

Astrology is a belief system and cultural tradition. We make no scientific claim regarding the accuracy or predictive power of astrological readings. You acknowledge that outcomes in your life depend on a vast number of factors and that no astrological system, AI-powered or otherwise, can reliably predict the future.

You must independently verify any information and exercise your own judgment before making decisions that affect your health, finances, career, relationships, legal standing, or any other important area of your life.

Our Services are delivered via a proprietary AI model specifically tailored for Vedic astrology. By using the Services, you expressly acknowledge and agree to all of the following:

• AI-generated content: Readings, interpretations, predictions, remedies, and all other outputs are generated by an AI system, not by a human astrologer, counsellor, or licensed professional. The AI persona used in our chat interface is a fictional character and not a real person.
• Inherent limitations: AI-generated content may be inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, culturally variable, or simply wrong. We do not warrant that any AI output will be accurate, reliable, or suitable for your specific circumstances.
• No reliance: You agree not to rely on AI-generated content as the sole or primary basis for any significant life decision, including but not limited to: medical treatment or discontinuation of treatment, financial investments or transactions, legal proceedings, major relationship decisions (including marriage, separation, or divorce), career changes, or property transactions.
• Adverse AI actions: We expressly disclaim all liability for any adverse consequence, harm, loss (financial, physical, emotional, or otherwise), or damage arising directly or indirectly from any action taken — or failure to take action — based on AI-generated content provided through our Services. This includes but is not limited to: financial loss from decisions made in reliance on a reading; emotional distress arising from a prediction; relationship harm; health complications; or any other outcome. You assume all such risk voluntarily and entirely.
• No professional relationship: Use of our Services does not create any professional, fiduciary, advisory, or doctor-patient relationship between you and 9Grah or any person associated with 9Grah.
• Data use for AI training: Your usage data, birth details, and conversation transcripts may be used, in anonymised or aggregated form, to train and improve our AI models. See our Privacy Policy for details.

To access certain features of the Services, you must register by providing a valid email address, which you verify via a one-time password (OTP).

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.
• You must notify us immediately at hello@9grah.com of any unauthorised use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, including for violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, or non-payment.

Certain Services, including written reports and extended chat sessions, are offered on a paid basis. All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

• Payments are processed by Razorpay or other authorised third-party payment processors. By making a payment, you also agree to the terms of the relevant processor.
• Delivery and completion of Service: Our paid Services (reports and chat sessions) are delivered digitally and are fully rendered at the moment of generation. Once a report has been generated and made available to you, or once a paid chat session has commenced, the Service is deemed fully delivered and consumed.
• Refund policy: Because our Services are digital in nature and consumed immediately upon delivery, refunds are not applicable once a Service has been rendered. This is consistent with the digital goods exemption recognised under applicable consumer protection principles. You acknowledge and accept this policy before making any purchase.
• Technical failure exception: If a technical failure on our part prevents delivery of a paid Service (i.e., you were charged but the report was never generated or the session was never initiated), you are entitled to a full refund. Please contact us at hello@9grah.com within 7 days of the transaction with your payment reference, and we will process a refund within 10 business days upon verification.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Pricing changes will not affect purchases already completed.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our platform, servers, or databases.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of our platform or AI models.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from our platform without express written permission.
• Impersonate another person or entity, or provide false birth or personal details to game readings.
• Use our Services to harass, threaten, defame, or harm any individual.
• Attempt to elicit from our AI any content that facilitates violence, self-harm, criminal activity, or discrimination.
• Resell or commercialise our Services or AI-generated outputs without prior written consent from us.
• Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code into our systems.

All content on the 9Grah platform — including but not limited to software, code, AI models, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, and astrological reports — is the exclusive property of 9Grah or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. No rights or licences are granted to you except as expressly set out in these Terms.

AI-generated astrological readings produced for your personal account are provided for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from them without our prior written consent.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 9Grah and its founders, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law; (d) any harm caused to a third party as a result of your use of the Services; or (e) any reliance on AI-generated content from our platform.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email or via a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, either party may refer the dispute to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, before a sole arbitrator mutually agreed upon. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be India. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court of jurisdiction in India.

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services (such as payment processors). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to the relevant third-party's terms.

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms to the extent caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government actions, internet disruptions, or third-party service failures.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 9Grah with respect to the Services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties.
